Project Share

Project SHARE helps low income, handicapped and elderly Georgians who find themselves in a crisis situation with energy-related needs along with food, shelter, clothing and prescription medication. Donations are used in the county collected, and the Salvation Army administers disbursement of the funds.For assistance from Project SHARE, consumers should contact the local Project SHARE office or the local Department of Family and Children Services.

MEMC members may participate by choosing to add $1, $2 or $5 to their monthly bill.
